Spray Disinfectant for Incubators and Sterile Cabinets in Cell Culture Area
Efficacy under clean conditions:
Bactericidal according to EN 1276 and EN 13697, Yeasticidal (effective against yeasts) according to EN 1650 and EN 13697, Limited virucidal (effective against enveloped viruses) according to EN 14476 and EN 16777
→ Contact time: 60 minutes at 20 °C.
Fungicidal activity according to ISO 22196 up to 1 week at 36°C
Non-volatile:
Active antimicrobial ingredients are non-volatile. They protect cell cultures from microbial contamination and do not invade cell cultures via air. Thus cell cultures are protected against contamination and the disinfectant itself.
Application for incubators:
- Empty incubator
- Spray Biocidal ZF™ on all surfaces and let settle
- Put cultures right back
Repeat every 2-4 weeks.
(Before disinfecting you may clean incubator with Biocidal ZF™ if necessary)
Application in sterile benches:
- Empty sterile bench
- Then clean with Biocidal ZF™ and finally spray on all surfaces
- Put cultures right back
Protection will prevail until next workshift.
No combustible gases can form, unlike by use of ethanol.
