Acidic De-Ironing
Agent for Analyzers and Equipment used for Iron - Determination -ready
to use-
Attention: All materials
used in iron-determination -analyzers, samples-cups, glassware and plastic
materials - should be treated with IronFree prior to analysis and sampling.
Preparation of
working solution: Add 50 ml enzyme suspension to Protolyse enymatic
950 ml stock solution, and mix well.
Application:
Above materials should be incubated with IronFree for 10 minutes. Thereafter
equipment is rinsed two times with demineralized water.
For inter-assay flush in analyzers the use of CarryOverStop is strongly
recommended.
